Scottsbluff wins Mitchell Tournament, Kimball Runnerup

Kimball freshman Zane Anthony shot a career low score of 76 to finish fourth in the individual top ten medal group at the Mitchell Golf Tournament this past reporting week.

Class B golf powerhouse Scottsbluff was too strong for the Kimball High boy's golf team this past week but the Longhorns gave the bigger school a run at the team honors of the Mitchell Invite. The Bluffs team took top team honors with their score of 313 while Kimball finished runnerup with 321. Behind the leaders were Gering 335, Sidney JV 346, Alliance 357, Crawford 366, Chadron 371, Mitchell 392, Garden County 393, Morrill 419 and Mitchell JV
