Bridgeport shot their best score of the young season in taking top team honors at their own Bridgeport Invitational this past week with Kimball, finishing runnerup for second place.
Coach Todd Janicek’s Bulldogs shot 334 to claim first place while Kimball shot 340. Behind the top two were Mullen 360, Gordon-Rushville 380, Creek Valley 393, Mitchell 398, Hemingford 412, Garden County 417, Morrill 426, Chase County 444 and Bridgeport JV 489.
