The big news this week is Kimball winning the Bayard Golf Tournament, and winning it handily by 12 strokes over runner-up Bridgeport. The Horns shot 334 and had 3 players in the top ten medal group including Jordan Greenwood in the number one spot to take medalist honors with his round of 37-35=72.

Jordan was the lone team member with high school experience with three freshmen playing their first high school tournament along with senior Tyler Magninie, also his first tournament ever. We can expect more good things from this group all season and remember coach Chad Wise’s pre-season quote...
