Abby Russell (left) and MaKenna Dahlgrin (right) finished 2-3 in the shotput at Bayard Saturday and Dahlgrin also finished 2nd in the discus as well.
With a limited squad of just eight individuals, the Banner County High track team struggles to score points but the girls had a good showing in the throws at Bayard.
MaKenna Dahlgrin finished second in the shotput at 36'0" and second in the discus at 103' while Abby Russell was third in the shot at 31'6" and the Lady Wildcats tallied 22 points.
The Banner County Boys failed to score. The next meet for the Harrisburg tracksters is at Chappell on Monday, April 4.
