City of Kimball lineman Brent Curyea, used the boom truck to change the banners in the downtown Kimball area in between recent spring blizzards. The red "Welcome" banners replaced the seasonal winter banners, perhaps just a bit too early, as the following day the second spring blizzard blew through town, keeping the electric department busy for entirely different reasons.
