Observations all along the line - Kimball & the Southern Panhandle First
Alex Newton controls his opponent at Kimball's Federation wrestling tournament last weekend. Newton took third place in his age and weight bracket. Overall Kimball Federation wrestlers performed well at the tournament.
Over 160 plus young wrestlers participated in the Kimball Invitational Federation Wrestling Tournament held this past Saturday at the Kimball High School. The Kimball club took home lots of honors and had a good turnout from their members according to coach Bob Culek.
Winning first place honors were Britton Culek, Mason Brown, Kylee Kirby, and Trey Schindler. Finishing 2nd were Logan Paxton, Troy Cook, and Cameron McGinnis.
Third place honors went to Austin Weiss, Kasyn Snyder, Matthew Johnson, Alex Newton, Ciena McKenzie, Hunter Funk, and James McGinnis. Taking fourth were James Tucker, Ty...
