Kimball speech team places first

The Kimball speech team won the Sutherland Invitational Championship on Saturday, coming in 1st place against 13 teams. Individual awards went to Paycen Harroun, Tristen Cook, Audrey Day, Mikylah Seely, and Sebastian Portillo who placed 6th in Oral Interpretation of Drama, Taylor Muldoon took 6th place in Persuasive speaking, Kiersten Anderson placed 4th in Entertainment speaking, Kennedy Lewis won 4th place in Informative speaking, 1st place in both Serious Prose and Extemporaneous Speaking, Sebastian Portillo placed 4th in Serious Prose, Paycen Harroun took 3rd place in Entertainment speaking, Nicholas Thomas-Lewis won 1st place in Persuasive speaking and Leisha Casimiro placed 1st in Informative Speaking.
