JUNIOR HIGH WRESTLERS HAVE BEST OUTING

The Kimball Junior High Wrestling Team had their best performance of the season, according to coach Klent Schnell at the Bayard Tournament this past week.

"Our young men wrestled the best they have this year. They went out and were very aggressive and tried some things we have been working on in practice. Zavyer White had his best tournament and won his bracket," Schnell said.

Along with White's win, Todd Hunsaker was also 1st, Ethan Ratzlaff and Steve Bateman were 2nd, Scott Hunsaker was 2nd, losing by 1 point in the finals to a kid from Sidney, and Zander Hottell was 4th.

Season records heading into the final tournament of the season at Mitchell this week show Bradley Lee at 6-6, Connor McGinnis 6-8, Zavyer White 9-10, Scott Hunsaker 9-6, Corey Gardner 0-15, Ethan Ratzlaff 10-8, Zander Hottell 2-10, Todd Hunsaker 9-4, Steve Bateman 14-3, Jorge Sotelo 3-4, and Zarek Randles 0-4.
