Olga J. Mistarka

Olga J. Mistarka, 93, went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 16, 2015 at the Kimball County Manor, Kimball, Nebraska. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on November 30, 2015 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Burns, Wyoming with Pastor Kenneth Mars officiating. There will also be services held on December 4th at Blackley Funeral Home, Richfield, New Jersey. She will be buried next to her husband in George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus, New Jersey. Visitation will be held at the church in Burns one hour prior to the service. Friends may visit http://www.cantrellfh.com to view the obituary and leave messages for the family. Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Burns Wyoming, or Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 9 E Homestead Ave., Palisades Park, New Jersey. The services for Olga have been entrusted to the Cantrell Funeral Home.

Olga Jass Mistarka was born on April 21, 1922, in Jersey City, New Jersey to Samuel and Olga (Maluga) Jass. She is the first generation Jass born in the United States. Olga is the third of ten children, of which only six lived to adult life. Olga was baptized and confirmed in the Christ Reformed Church. On May 24, 1953, Olga and Henry Milton Mistarka were married. To this union Paul Henry and Diane Olga were born.

Survivors include her son Paul Henry (Vickie) Mistarka of Burns, WY; daughter Diane Olga Mistarka of Palisades Park, NJ; grandson, Chance, granddaughter, Elise, and two great granddaughters, Elena and Autumn. Olga was preceded in death by her husband, Henry, her parents and her siblings.
