Kimball VSO boosts benefits by 100 percent

During last week’s commissioner’s meeting, County Veteran’s Service Officer (V.S.O.), Austin Garner addressed the board with an update on his ongoing progress concerning Kimball County’s 444 veterans.

According to Garner, within this past month while starting the new position, he has received more than 40 visits and more than 50 phone calls to his office. Garner is pleased with the increasing amount of veterans who have made inquiries of his time and talents in the new position.
