County to refund more than $38,000

Kimball County was recently notified by the Nebraska Department of Revenue that a settlement has been reached for a 2014 valuation appeal from Frontier Pipeline, LLC. Frontier went through the process of suing the county for the assessed value placed on its properties, and won for a refund of more than $38,500.
