Potter-Dix football ends tough season

The Potter-Dix Coyotes, just coming off a big 54-20 win against South Platte, were defeated by the Leyton Warriors in last Friday’s road conference game between the two rival schools.

Though stats were not available for the Coyotes, the Leyton Warriors were led by senior quarterback Rhett Dye with 180 passing yards, five solo tackles, three assists and the Warriors only two interceptions.

Senior running back Kordell Maestas with 107 rushing yards, 10 receiving yards, four solo tackles and five assists.
