Kimball's Sebastian Portillo runs in the home meet held in September. Last week in the WTC meet, he finished 53rd for the Longhorns.
The Kimball cross country teams performed well in a pair of conference meets last week.
The Kimball boys finished third in the SPVA conference meet and took fourth at the Western Trails conference meet. The Lady Longhorns finished fourth in the SPVA meet and took second in the WTC meet.
At the SPVA meet, Brandon Barker was third overall to lead Kimball in 18:35.
Zachary Wagner came in eighth with a time of 19:15, Kaden Adrien finished 19th with a time of 20:50, and Joel Evertson finished 21st with a time of 20:55.
