Knisley takes 20th, Boston 21st for Banner

Courtney Knisley finished 20th to lead Banner County at the Alliance cross country meet last Saturday.

Knisley finished 20th with a time of 23:44.3 in the girls varsity trace. Rebekah Rawlings of Gering won the individual standings in 19:51.22

In the JV boys race, Josh Boston finished 21st with a time of 22:40.61. Christian Camacho of Gering won the race.

For the Banner junior high boys, Riley Little led the way with a 10th place finish in 13:46. Deven Sullivan finished 15th in 13:51, Gregory Blickensderfer took 41st in 15:13 and Avery Wicker finished 62nd in 16:27.78.

Kyle Lohrer competed in the junior high girls race and finished 39th with a time of 16:36.

Banner County competed Tuesday at Scottsbluff, and will return to the course Oct. 1 at Bayard.
