Nancy Jo (Hickman) Hoffmann

Nancy Jo (Hickman) Hoffmann, 71, died Sunday, Sept. 13, 2015, in North Platte.

Nancy was born March 7, 1944, to Ellis and Carol (Prine) Hickman in Kimball. She was the oldest of three children, including a brother, Roger, and a sister, Anita. She was raised on a farm near Bushnell and attended school in Bushnell and at a country school. She graduated from Kimball High School in 1962. 

Nancy attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and obtained her bachelor's degree in food and nutrition in 1966. She obtained her registered dietitian licensure at Yale University in New Haven, Conn., then...
