Mary J. Mendoza, 60, of Scottsbluff, died at the Kimball County Manor on Sunday, Aug. 16, 2015.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 21, with Pastor Dennis Payton officiating. Friends may visit http://www.cantrellfh.com to view the obituary and leave condolences for the family. Memorials have been established to the family. The services for Mary have been entrusted to the Cantrell Funeral Home.

Mary Johanna Mendoza was born in Stafford, Kan., on June 27, 1955, the daughter of Henry and Nellie (Skinner) Wilson. She moved with her family to Kimball in 1958 and graduated from Kimball High School in 1973. She moved to California and was married for a short time. She moved to Kansas and then to Missouri. She moved to Kimball until moving to Scottsbluff in 1994 where she made her home at Cirrus House. She resided in Scottsbluff until moving into the Kimball County Manor.

Survivors include her children, Severino Mendoza of Missouri and Christy Wilson of Georgia; brother, Robert (Evelyn) Wilson of Great Bend, Kan .; sister-in-law, Carolyn Wilson of Kimball; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Her parents; brothers, Charles and Kenneth; and sisters, Veda, Carol and Nancy, preceded her in death.
