Engagement: Kara Brighton and Justin Fornstrom

Kara Brighton and Justin Fornstrom would like to announce their engagement and forthcoming wedding.

Kara, of Cheyenne, Wyo., is the daughter of Kraig and Judie Brighton of Kimball. She received a bachelors degree from the University of Wyoming and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law. She is employed by the Wyoming Public Service Commission.

Justin, of Pine Bluffs, Wyo., is the son of Jana Linn of Bushnell and Robert Fornstrom of Pine Bluffs, Wyo. He earned a bachelors degree from the University of Wyoming, and is self-employed.
