On May 15, second grade students from Mary Lynch Elementary School toured many Kimball businesses. While eating lunch at Gotte Park, members of the FE Warren Security Forces took time to play with the children at the park, in what teacher Amy McManigal termed the "best unplanned part of our field trip."
Members of the FE Warren Security Forces took time to play with second graders at a recent stop in Gotte Park during a field trip.
On May 15, second grade students from Mary Lynch Elementary School were treated to a field trip to various Kimball businesses.
During lunch at Gotte Park, several members of FE Warren Security Forces were there and asked if they could play in the park with the students, according to teacher Amy McManigal.
"They spent about an hour playing football, playing on the playground, and just talking with our students," she said. "It was the best unplanned part of our field trip."
