Potter-Dix had some strong showings against mostly larger schools Saturday at the E. Lee Todd Invitational held at Grant.
The Lady Coyotes finished sixth and the Coyotes took seventh in the nine-team field. Ogallala won both the boys and girls events.
"I was pleased with the way the girls and boys competed against the larger schools," Potter-Dix coach Bob Hilpert said. "We had a few ineligibles that hurt us, and Regyn Hicks sprained her ankle Friday night at practice and she was only able to compete in the 4x100 relay.
