The Kimball High School speech team took first place in Class C/D at the Gering tournament last Saturday. Leisha Casimiro, Connor Moore and Christianne Clower also had first place finishes individually.
The Kimball Speech team was at it again on Saturday and won yet another Class C/D championship at Gering.
In addition to the team title, Kimball also brought home the runner-up trophy in the novice competition.
Individually, first place finishes went to Leisha Casimiro in Novice Informative Speaking, Connor Moore in Novice Humorous Prose, and Christianne Clower in Novice Poetry.
Kimball took home third place finishes by Ryan Soper in Novice Serious Prose, Nicholas Thomas-Lewis in Novice Poetry, Kennedy Lewis in Novice Humorous Prose, and Kallie Bush, Sanford Day, Taylor Muldoon, Audrey D...
