Mohr tabbed Lions Club Student of the Month for December

Congratulations to Kimball High School's December Student of the Month, Justin Mohr.

Justin has been a "jack of all trades" in high school, participating in many organizations and on many teams. He has been a 12-sport athlete, spending many hours in football, wrestling and track practices. He has already lettered in each sport three times and by the end of this year, Justin hopes to have lettered four times in both wrestling and track.

In band he started with the trumpet but moved to the baritone, which he still plays, and this is his first year in jazz band. Justin also participated in show choir for two years and has been involved in the Interact Club. One of his true joys has been participating in one act all four years of high school and receiving multiple honors for multiple years. This winter he will also be giving speech a try.

Justin enjoys school and learning new things. He has a passion for reading and hopes to be a teacher like all three of his parents.

Justin will receive a $25 gift certificate from the Lions Club and is now eligible for a $500 Lions Club Student of the Month Scholarship to be presented yearly to one of the "making a difference" winners.

We are very proud to have Justin Mohr as a student at Kimball Junior/Senior High School and one who is "making a difference."
