Lady Coyotes defeat Banner, Leyton

The Potter-Dix volleyball team posted a 2-0 record last week with wins against Banner County and Leyton.

The Lady Coyotes swept opponents in the Leyton triangular on Oct. 21. They rolled to a 25-7 and 25-13 win against Banner County. Regyn Hicks led the team offensively with four kills and a team-high 10 aces. Dawson Sharman led the team with five kills, Alexus Rozelle had a team-high two blocks and also led the team with six digs. Lanie Thies added a team-high seven assists.

Potter-Dix also topped homesteading Leyton, 2-1. After dropping game one 25-22, the Lady Coyotes came back to win 25...
