The Kimball City and County Park and Recreation Executive and Operating Boards met Sept. 30 for the purpose of looking at management proposals for the Four Winds Golf Course Pro Shop.
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) recently told the city and county that the relationship with the Four Wind Pro Shop management was more of an employee relationship rather than that of an individual contractor.
