Lady Longhorns falter at end, fall to Scottsbluff 32-28

Coach Chauncey Pedersen termed it "frustrating" as his Kimball High Lady Longhorns fell to visiting Scottsbluff 32-28 in their pre-season, Nebraska High School Hall of Fame exhibition game Monday night at the Kimball High gymnasium.

"It was frustrating to lead all the way and then lose it in the final minutes," said Pedersen. After a slow offensive showing in the opening period Kimball was leading 5-3 after the first quarter ended, and at half time they were on top 12-9 as neither team could find the basket.
