Field Day last week for Mary Lynch Elementary School students in kindergarten and the first grade consisted of hurdles, dashes, relays, long jump, gunny sack races and three-legged races. For the older students in the second to sixth grades, the events at the high school football field were hurdles, short races, relays, long jump, shot put, discus and javelin.
