    All six of the Kimball School board members were present to accept the resignation of Superintendent Elizabeth Owens at the Monday night, Dec. 9, meeting. Owens will complete her second year as leader of the Kimball district, the effective date of her resignation will be July 1.     Local crafters gathered at the Eagles Club last weekend after they had to cancel their original date due to the winter storm after Thanksgiving. The craft show, Jingle Bell Market in its fourth season, was rescheduled to Saturday, Dec. 7. Unfortunately, 10 vendors who were previously scheduled to attend were unable to commit to the new date, according to organizer Sharon Williams.     The Kimball High wrestling season got underway Saturday at the Chuck Annand Invitational in Akron, Colorado. Kimball was scheduled to open at home this past Thursday in a dual with Bayard, but had to cancel out due to lack of numbers by both teams.     The Dundy County/Stratton boys followed the same route as their girl's team in winning over Morrill in the championship game to give them a pair of tournament titles this past weekend as they carried home to Benkleman a pair of trophies from the Kimball season opening tournament.
