    After months without a city administrator, Annette Brower has been picked for the position by Mayor Keith Prunty. Barb and Barry's acreage and residence reflect a beautiful setting along Lodgepole Creek, a few miles east of Kimball. They share their place with turkeys, birds and deer.     The Kimball County Commissioners will hear comments from the public on the proposed 2020-21 budget on Sept. 15. The public hearing will open at 9:15 and remain open for 15 minutes in the Commissioner’s Room on the first floor of the Courthouse. Anyone may comment on the budget.     The new Banner County Wildcats football team played their first game last Thursday on their home field. It was an accomplishment and a challenge. The Wildcats had six freshmen and sophomores and one junior hitting the field while the opposing Minatare Indians fielded an experienced set of upperclassmen.     Potter-Dix’s Coyote football team improved to 2-0 on the young season with an impressive 61-32 road win against the Sioux County Warriors.
