    Potter-Dix School Board met in regular session on May 13. The school board unanimously agreed to approve the resignation of and settlement agreement with Principal Jane Brown, they also approved the non-renewal of the employment of Jerry Brown due to a reduction of force, and they approved the non-renewal of the employment of Nancy Bunner.     An exciting week for Kimball High spring sports as they took part in their districts and state qualifying events. Kimball senior Brady Kilgore won three events at Bayard to qualify him in his last trip to state track. He will compete in both hurdles events along with the high jump at Omaha this weekend and senior Corey Travis qualified in the discus. We wish you both well.     Brady Kilgore will be making his annual trip to Omaha for the Nebraska State Track Meet after winning and qualifying in three events at last week's District meet held at Bayard.     The Kimball High Boy's Golf Team took care of business one more time in winning their fourth straight District Championship Monday at the Cross Creek Golf Link in Cambridge. The three senior varsity golfers on the team have been a part of those four District titles and all three seniors were in the top ten medal group on Monday.     A Kimball Student Council 3 on 3 basketball tournament was held this past Sunday, April 28 with proceeds being donated to the flood relief in eastern Nebraska. A total of $260 was raised between adult and youngster teams. Adult teams included high school students as well as a few somewhat older. For the adult division the winning team was the Billy Goats, made up Javon Coyle, Justus Golding and Michael Shane. For the kids division it was the Hornets team that took home the title.
