    After six weeks of dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, Kimball Health Services administrators this week said the hospital is headed in a positive direction financially and operationally. On Monday, April 27, the hospital will resume its regular hours of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., although the Pine Bluffs Clinic will still be limiting its hours.     Visitors are now called "window peepers" at the Kimball County Manor. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the manor has been restricting visitors since March 13 as a result of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services guidelines, but the lockdown and isolation have initiated some creative solutions. Along with using Facetime and Skype, the manor has family members seeing their loved ones through the windows.     As of Wednesday, caps and gowns will have been handed out to the Kimball senior class and plans are being made to have a virtual graduation ceremony for the Class of 2020.
