As the 2018 softball season is wrapping up, the Kimball Co-Ed Softball League has also concluded with the End of the Year Tournament this past Saturday. Eight local teams have competed since the first of June finishing out the regular season July 27.
After blazing hot sun, to the bounding rain and hail, the season came to a close with Moonshiners (Spud Rowley) taking first with a record of 11-3, Curley's the Shockers came in second with a record of 10-3, third was High West 10-4, Heidemann & Son 7-5, Mitch Brown at 6-5, Engstrom Farms 5-10, Team America 1-11, and IOS 1-12.
