KHS students strive to honor military members year-round

Jeri Ferguson’s Civics class at Kimball High School continue working to make a difference. They hope to raise awareness of current military members and veterans.

According to KHS senior, Justine Heeg, the Civics class is organizing a fundraiser this week to design and make an insignia for each branch of the military to be displayed around the school.

Funraising events will include; allowing students to wear hats every day, and also wear pajamas on Wednesday, if the student donates a certain amount of money.
