Lady Horns fall to Burns 3-2

The Kimball Lady Longhorns battled the aggressive Burns Lady Broncs on Thursday, Sept. 29, but ultimately could not best their opponents, who won 3-2.

"Burns wasn't particularly that much tougher, we just weren't playing," head coach Jeri Ferguson said. "We made some adjustments to our line-up. Hopefully that get us playing better."

The Kimball girls struggled with consistent serving, limiting their scoring ability. Hannah Biesecker led the Lady Horns in scoring with 10 points to her credit, including four aces, for a percentage of 76.5.
