Boyd E. Russell, 90, formerly of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, died in Peoria, Arizona, on September 10, 2016. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, Sept 29, 2016 at the Pine Bluffs Methodist Church with Pastor Lesley Matschke officiating. Burial will be in the Kimball Cemetery.
