Quilts to be sent to needy families worldwide

Six ladies of the First English Lutheran Church of Kimball were busy this past year quilting a total of 42 colorful quilts that will all make their way to needy families in third world countries, where the quilts will undoubtedly be cherished for many years to come. This Saturday, Oct. 24, from 10 a.m. to noon, the church ladies will be selling homemade goods to earn money for next year's quilts.
