Potter-Dix announces year-end awards

The following awards were presented at the Potter-Dix Junior/Senior High awards night held earlier this month.

Potter American Legion Post 291 Scholastic Award (top GPA for each class): Coby Hicks, junior; Emmalea Bush, sophomore; and Payge Hoffman, freshman.

MAC ACT Scholar Award: Silver – Cooper Hicks, Ryley Hicks and Rebekah Hutchinson. (Note: This is an award for seniors. A composite score of 25-29 receives a silver medal and 30 or high receives a gold)

MAC All-Conference Academic: Brad Flohr, music; Cooper Hicks, football and drama; Ryley Hicks, track; Rebekah Hutchinson, speech; Jake Johnson, football; Cameron Purcell, football and basketball; Sam Bogert, track; Coby Hicks, track; Regyn Hicks, volleyball; Justice Palmer, speech; Presley Christensen, music; JT Herboldsheimer, music; and Audrey Juelfs, basketball and speech. (Note: The recipient of this award must participate in two conference activities and be an all-conference award winner or first place conference winner or top 10 medalist in competition in any one of the MAC sponsored activities and maintain a 95 percent grade point average for this year.)
