Simmons W. Cook Jr., 88, of Sidney, passed away at the Sidney Regional Medical Center, Monday afternoon, May 4, 2015.
Graveside services with Military Honors will be held at 10:30 A.M., Thursday, May 7, in the Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. H. Douglas Peirce officiating. Friends may stop at the Gehrig-Stitt Chapel on Wednesday to sign Simmons’ register book and drop off condolences for the family. The casket will be closed. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
