James Eric Vogler

James Eric Vogler, 56, of Littleton, Colorado, died at Kimball Health Services on Sunday, April 5, 2015.

Cremation has been held and memorial services will be held at a later date. Friends may visit http://www.cantrellfh.com to view the obituary and leave condolences for the family. Memorials may be given to the family for use in river conservation. The services for Eric have been entrusted to the Cantrell Funeral Home.

James Eric Vogler was born in Kimball on April 23, 1958, the son of Jim and Jan Vogler. He graduated from Kimball County High School in 1976. He attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. He moved to Denver and worked in the construction business and owned his own contracting business. Eric loved fishing and the outdoors, and his friends and family. He loved life and had a great sense of fun and enjoyed every minute. He was a gentle soul, loyal friend and an awesome son and brother.

Survivors include his parents, James and Janet Vogler of Kimball; sisters, Robin (Nelson) Vogler of Bigfork, Mont., and Chris (Tom) Bass of Cheyenne, Wyo .; nephew, Riley, and niece, Erin.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Mertice Helsell and Shirl and Bertha Vogler.
