Coyotes drop road game at Garden County

Garden County grabbed the early lead and held off a fourth quarter Potter-Dix comeback as the Coyotes dropped a road contest last Friday, 51-46.

The Eagles (6-8) took a 17-5 lead in the first quarter to pull ahead 26-17 at the break. They led 40-29 going into the fourth quarter, when the Coyotes outscored them 17-11.

Cameron Purcell led Potter-Dix (5-12) with 20 points, while Kelsey Rozelle added eight. Trevor Harms led the team with 10 rebounds and three blocked shots.
