    William Charles Parry, 22, of Lakeland, Fla. was arrested on Thursday, July 7 without incident following a multi-agency manhunt lasting more than three hours. Parry was arrested as a fugitive of justice from Florida on felony charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was traveling with a female minor at the time of his arrest and had made claims that they were married.     Vandals spent some time in the early morning hours on Tuesday, July 5, spray painting vulgarity on public and personal property, according to Kimball Police Captain Andy Bremer. The villain(s) left their offensive artwork on the east side of the Kimball Public Swimming Pool's building, as well as on a personal vehicle located on South Burg Street.     Bemis Drug, owned and operated by Mike Bemis, is once again participating in the Nebraska Statewide Pharmaceutical Disposal Project, as it has since the inception of the project in 2012, according to pharmacist Jordan Autrey.
