    The Board of County Commissioners voted to take legal action regarding the Tallgrass Pony Express Pipeline, LLC at their February 4 meeting.     Danyne Rice Killham, 85, of Bumpass, Virginia, died in Palmdale, California, on January 30, 2014. Danyne was born in Laramie, Wyoming, on March 3, 1928, the second of six daughters and one son born to Daniel and Helen Ellis Rice.  She was raised in Kimball, Nebraska.
