    The Kimball Community Trail sponsored by the Kimball Area Foundation Fund is well into Phase 1 of the project. There are three planning phases to the trail project: Phase 1 is the portion of the trail south of the dam, currently under construction.     Progress continues on the Kimball Community Trail Project, being organized and coordinated by the Kimball Area Foundation Fund. A loop of just over one mile covered with asphalt millings is currently being worked on at the City owned property, on County Road 22. It will provide convenient, year round access for area residents and visitors. Other features will include remote control track, a dog park, benches, shaded rest areas and trees.
